Effective Reproduction Rate (Rt):  0.84 Arizona, as of 8/18 - previous rate was 0.77

Note: Rt is the average number of people who become infected by an infectious person.  If it is above 1.0, COVID-19 will spread quickly. If it is below 1.0, infections will slow.

Acute Care Beds:  82%, up from yesterday’s 81%
