Goodman Schwartz Public Affairs Celebrates 20 Year Anniversary
July 17, 2020
Stuart Goodman & David Schwartz
Today marks two decades of Goodman Schwartz Public Affairs representing a broad mix of client interests within state and local governments as well as community relations and association management throughout Arizona.
What started out as a casual conversation between two friends at a Whataburger (we try to make healthier culinary decisions these days) has grown into a public affairs firm that is honored to represent the interests of national Fortune 100 companies along with equally important local enterprises.
We have been beyond blessed to have surrounded ourselves with outstanding members of our team (our firm’s family, if you will) and we are grateful for their commitment to serving our clients with the same passion that we expect of ourselves. In addition to our exceptional current team of professionals, we have a roster of impressive alumni, spread throughout the public affairs industry, who have all made incredible contributions to the interests of the clients we serve and to the growth of the firm itself. Whatever success the firm has achieved over the last two decades, it would not have been accomplished without the personal dedication and public affairs professionalism of every member of the Goodman Schwartz Public Affairs family.
To our past, present and future clients, we will always appreciate and respect the confidence you have bestowed upon us to represent your interests in Arizona. We take our responsibilities seriously, as we understand that we are an extension of your organizations, often with a lot of political visibility within the corridors of government. We know that our conduct is interlinked with your credibility and as such we guard our integrity with the utmost due diligence.
To all of our friends and colleagues that we have worked with over the last two decades (and many, even longer), we want to thank you for the numerous courtesies you have extended to the firm and our clients as we worked together on matters of mutual interest and concern. Regardless of the circumstances, we always appreciate the opportunity to work through the issues in order to achieve common ground.
Without question, 2020 is not what anyone would have anticipated when the ball dropped in Times Square. Yet, our goals and objectives remain the same as they have for the past 20 years – to provide public affairs representation in a manner of excellence that others will strive to meet and be challenged to exceed.
As we raise our virtual glasses to “another round tonight,” we want to thank you all for your support and confidence over the first 20 years.
